I created a YouTube channel back in early 2020 that utilizes a system written in Python and AI voice synthesis technology to automatically generate videos that teach people how to pronounce different words. The technology allows me to input a list of words, and the system generates a video for each word that includes the spelling of the word, an image related to the word, and a voiceover that pronounces the word. This channel, called Vocab Today, aims to help people improve their pronunciation and expand their vocabulary.
Looking back, this was my attempt at AI content generation (AICG) before the chatGPT trend began in 2023, three years after my attempt. As of July 2023, the channel has 29,000+ videos and has accumulated a total of 452,000+ views, which is a staggering number.
This channel aims to provide people the best learning resources for language. We are creating videos that pronounce all interesting english words in the word in American accent. These videos also contain useful definitions and examples of use of the words for people reference. These are all great learning materials for people to master english and speak like a native speaker.
